Triple M Tool & Mfg. Ltd. is a Tool and Die and Metal Stamping shop located in a 12,250 square foot facility in the city of Orangeville, Ontario.

Founded in 2000 by the Mueller family, bringing with them over 80 year of combined knowledge in the tooling industry.

Triple M Tool currently employs 10 full time highly skilled Tool and Die Makers with numerous years experience in the industry. Specializing in progressive dies including in-die tapping, extrusion and draw dies.

Triple M Tool is capable of designing, developing, and building progressive metal stamping dies up to 10 feet long and up to 10 tons in weight. Our tryout capacity is up to 500 tons with a 120” x 48” bed size.

All dies are designed in-house with the latest CAD/CAM software in full 3D solids. Along with stamping dies Triple M also designs, develops, and builds speciality machinery for the automotive and other industries.

Triple M tool is fully equipped with the latest machinery including three CNC machining centers, Wire EDM and a variety of milling machines, Surface grinders, Drill presses and other support equipment.

To maintain quality Triple M is equipped with a full variety of measuring equipment, which includes a state of the art CMM running pc-dmis and a profile projector with a data processing unit. From concept, to final production tool we do it all.
